Teams of 2-3 students from colleges will campaign to promote TechnoPlanet 2013, with allowances provided for transportation and daily expenses for teams outside Rajkot. Campaigning Rule

TECHNOPLANET 2013
Per team 2 students for outside Rajkot & per team 3 students in Rajkot city.
Each team member must be aware about each and every event and workshop, which is
organized in TechnoPlanet 2013.
Student must belongs locality of that particular place.
Before visiting place, take prior permission from college.
Student will get two types of allowance (only for outside Rajkot location)
o Regular ST transfer allowance ( as per http://www.gsrtc.in)
o Rs. 100 Local convenience allowance per day per team.
Before going on Campaigning, each student should submit contact number & alternative
number.
Student are not allowed to change or modify allocated college.
At the end of day, you should message or call to coordinator about registration status.
Once you report to college, you need to submit registration forms along with fees to
coordinators.
In case of any clarification/concern/issue, you should immediately call to student coordinator or
to Prof. Ashwin Raiyani (8141542442) or Prof. Vishal Akbari (7698903070).
