Course Presentation

This course covers the OMC-R administration.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
-configure the network,
-configure the network devices (router, terminal server, modem),
-backup and restore any data,
-troubleshoot problems that may arise in normal operating conditions.

Prerequisites
This course is designed for OMC-R administrators.
Before attending this course, you need to know UNIX (user commands,
administration), have knowledge on X.25 and Ethernet networks, and have basic
knowledge on OMC-R operations.
-OM9: BSS Operations and Fault Handling.

Scope
This course applies to the V12 version of the BSS.
