On site registration/payment for PMAP members will be P550.00 and P600.00 for non-members.



Participants are considered registered when he/she has fully paid the registration fee of
PMAP Member P550.00 (Regular Rate) and P550.00 for Non-Member and P 250.00 for

JPMAP/students. Payment can also be deposited Through ChinaBank account No. 188-

Payments can also be made on site.


The chapter will be collecting the Annual Dues. For individual new Membership annual due is P
750.00 and for renewal of individual members P 500.00. for Companys new membership is
P 1,500.00 and for renewal of membership is P 1,000.00.

NO REFUND shall be made. However, paid registration fee is TRANSFERABLE. A Letter of


Authorization should be forwarded to PMAP regarding transfer of registration. Substitutes must
present a copy of the Letter of Authorization upon registration on the actual day of the 53rd
General Membership Meeting.
