    LMS is now enabled to create and track IDP online.

    This includes trainings conducted in the following modes ---

    Instructor led (class room based)

    Webcast

    Through E-learning objects

    What to do before logging to the IDP Process

    Link to learning catalog is available in weekly calendar


    announcements.

    The learning catalog gives an overview of all the available trainings at


    AOI.

    Have a look at the list in order to have an idea about the programs.

    While discussing IDP with your manager, you may propose any
    training program with justification and discuss with your manager.

    Your manager would also have had a look before and suggest some
    program for you. The same can also be discussed.

    Step 1 : Login to LMS using your Das ID and System Confidential

    Step 2: Click on My Learning tab. Select Catalog from Confidential
    left. Select Courses tab and click on advanced search.

    Step 3: Enter the name of Course name for eg.

    Consulting and click Search button. Confidential

    Click on Add to Plans

    Step 4 : Provide a justification for going on this
    IDP Process
    course and when you want to complete it by and Confidential
    click Next.

    Step 5: Click on My Success Plan (IDP) tab. You IDP Process
    will be able to see your course in the plan. Confidential

    You can repeat steps 2-5 to add more courses in your IDP.
    If approval workflow is activated, then your IDP plan will be available to your
    manager for review and approval.

    Adding New Programs IDP Process
    Confidential

    If you want to add new programs after your manager has approved
    your plan in the system, then the Plan has to be in Draft state.
    Only your manager can move a plan from Approved to Draft state.
    S/he has to select Make More Changes button [see screen shot
    below]. This will move plan to Draft stage and then you can add more
    courses to the plan.
    Your manager will again have to approve the changes in the system.

    A plan can be modified only if it is in the draft state
