AIM:
The training module is aimed at the promotion of the strategies for the personality
development of the participants. The rationale behind this endeavor is the
recognition of the multifaceted influence of the personality of the participants

OBJECTIVE:
The objective of the training programme is bring about personality development
with regard to the different behavioral dimensions that have far reaching
significance for the participants

Outcomes for the Course:

Develop and demonstrate increased self-awareness as a result of guided personal


reflection and exploration of past history and experience as well as current values,
attitudes and behavior.

Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the concept of personal choice and


responsibility in regard to interpersonal relationships, physical health, work and
leisure, managing stress, relationship to community, and search for identity,
meaning and life purpose.

Develop and demonstrate an increased awareness of self in relation to others as well


as increased effectiveness in establishing and maintaining relationships with
partners, family members, friends and/or co-workers.

Develop a framework for identifying aspects of personal growth to pursue for future
awareness and development, as well as strategies for achieving these goals.

Experience the opportunity for significant personal growth, as demonstrated by


participation in group/individual counseling/therapy/psychoeducation; or by means
of some other significant self-development project.

stress, destructive and constructive responses to stress, and apply this knowledge to
personal life situations.

Demonstrate an understanding of self-love as the basis for being in love with another
person. Identify specific criteria that can be used to assess the degree of self-love as
well as ways in which to pursue these goals.

Identify myths and misconceptions about love, barriers to loving and being loved,
the differences between authentic and inauthentic love, and various styles of loving.
Analyze this information as it relates to personal relationships and experience.

Examine myths and misconceptions concerning sexuality, personal values on a range


of sexual topics, typical concerns that men and women express concerning their

Students will demonstrate intended outcomes by any combination of the following as


determined by the instructor:
