    2. The NDPR Week, which sta.rted in 2000, culEinates on the birthdate of


    Apolinario Mabird, the Subtime Para.ljrtic on July 23 of evcry year.

    3. The Celebmtion aims to stinrul4te public aw6renesi on tlrc itsuei and problems
    of disability. Hence, everyone is encouraged to take an active role in tie upliftment of
    the economic and social conditions of persons with disabilitiB (PWDs) tr the country.

    4. As a aember of the Goveming Board created by the National Councrl on


    Disability Arlairs (NCDA), the DepEd support$ the observance of said Celebration by
    undertaling the following sctivities:
    a. Hatrging of advocagr streameB (format is provi&d in Endosure No. l) in
    conapicuous places of schools/of,iccs and wearing of pr*cribed
    t-shirts when attending to activities during the Celebration. The design
    may be downtoaded from the NCDA Faoebook page:

    b. Sub6ission of Feedback Rcport upon culminatiost of the Celebration. The

    the schoot and/or schools division lcvels. The Specia.l Education (SPED) centers, Public
    and private schools with SPED programs are encouraged to undertake activities rclvetrt
    to the themc of this year's Celebratiolr. However, all activities to bc undcltaken should
