GLOBAL TEST CENTER SECURITY PROCEDURES


Prometric takes our role of providing a secure test environment seriously. During the check-in process, we inspect any and all
eyeglasses, jewelry and other accessories to look for camera devices that could be used to capture exam content.
You will be required to remove your eyeglasses for close visual inspection. These inspections will take a few seconds and will
be done at check-in and again upon return from breaks before you enter the testing room to ensure you do not violate any
security protocol.
Jewelry outside of wedding and engagement rings is prohibited. Please do not wear other jewelry to the test center. Hair
accessories, ties and bowties are subject to inspection. Please refrain from using ornate clips, combs, barrettes, headbands, tie
clips, cuff links and other accessories as you may be prohibited from wearing them in to the testing room and asked to store them
in your locker. Violation of security protocol may result in the confiscation of prohibited devices and termination of your exam.
IDENTIFICATION POLICY
Primary ID must be a valid, non-expired, official, government-issued ID bearing a recent photo and signature. The ID should be in
English characters, however, the signature does not have to be in English. If the primary ID does not contain either a photo or a
signature then a secondary ID must be presented that does contain this information. It is the responsibility of the examinee to present
ID that meets program-specific standards. If the required ID is not presented the examinee may not be able to test and all fees may be
forfeited. The ID policy will be available on the confirmation email. All ID presented must match the information provided at the time
of registration for the exam.
RESCHEDULE / CANCEL POLICY
If you wish to change your exam date or time, please note the following time- lines and associated fee's.
If you cancel or reschedule 16 calendar days or more before the test date, you may do this free of charge.
If you cancel or reschedule 6 to 15 calendar days before the test date, you will be charged a standard $15 cancellation/reschedule fee.
If you cancel or reschedule 5 calendar days or less before the test date, you will not be entitled to any refund, and you will lose your
original test fee.
You may first contact the client in order to re-register. Candidates will need to repay the testing fee.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
*The test center will open at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled start time. Please arrive early, and you will be seated for your exam
as soon as possible after your arrival. You are encourage to arrive at the test center at least up to 45 min of your confirmed test time
for orientation and check in purposes. Please take into consideration when planning your travel to the test center on any unexpected
rush-hour traffic, weather condition and other unforeseen circumstances.

Prometric Testing Center-Manila is located at the Ateneo Professional Schools Salcedo (APS Salcedo) on H.V. de la Costa Street,
Salcedo Village, Makati City. APS Salcedo is between Tordesillas and Sanchez Streets. Across APS Salcedo are the Megaworld
Center and GF Partners. From the EDSA Buendia Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station or Gil Puyat Light Rail Transit (LRT) station,
take a jeepney going to Gil Puyat Avenue. Disembark at Yupangco Building or Mapua Information Technol ogy, cross to the covered
walk between ACT Tower and GF Partners to get to APS Salcedo at H. V. de la Costa Street.
