Everytime during his life, Obama had a special consideration for the poor

a new federal approach to America's high-poverty areas, an approach that
facilitates the economic integration of families and communities with eorts to
support the current low-income residents of those areas.

Their vision for a 21st century education begins with demanding more
reforms and accountability, coupled with the resources needed to carry out that
reforms; asking parents to take responsibility for their children s success; and
recruiting, and rewarding an army of new teachers to ll new successful schools
that prepare their children for success in college and the workforce.
