1. Gobi Manchurian

Deep fry gobi after soaking it in --

2 c maida, 1c rice and corn flour, yogurt(instead of eggs), ajio, salt , pepper,
sugar, soy sauce, garlic and green onion

Oil onion garlic drychili paste, soy , sugar, aji, pepper, tomato sauce

2. Chilli Fish Fry

Same as above but no yogurt/eggs

3. Dry chilli paste

Soak Dry red chili in hot water and gring it.

Fry it in oil and add soy sauce,salt, sugar, pepper, ajinomoto and oil gets
separated

3a. Schezuan Noodles

3b. Chinese Ginger chicken

Marinade chicken [ 2 c maida, 1c rice and corn flour,egg, ajio, salt , pepper,
sugar, soy sauce, and fry in oil

Oil onion gg paste( .75 ginger+.25 garlic),


chili paste, soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt/pepper and ajinomoto and sugar and green
onion
Add fried chicken and water.

4. Aloo Kudamilagai masala

Oil Cumin red chili curry leaves onion gg paste green chili
veges(potato and kuda milagai), dhania, chili, tur, cilantro

5. iral varuval

Soak iral in equal quan of maida, rice and corn, gg paste, dhania, turmeric, pepper
and red chili powder , curry leaves ,salt butter , and lemon

5a. Chicken varuval

Marinate chicken in powder ( Dry roast 2parts peanut, 1 part channa dal , 1/2 parts
toor and urad and 2 springs curry leaves), haldi, dhania, redchili, gg paste and
tamarind paste( instead of lemon juice) and yogurt(insted of eggs)

Garnish with Cilantro and curry leaves

6. Surakai chow chow kdadalai paruppuu kuttu


Coconut oil is good

oil mustard, cumin, red chiles and curry leaves

Add moong dal(1x) and water
Add paste(coconut, green chili and pepper )

7. Baby aloo kulambu

add water and cook

8. Brinjal drum stick masala

9. mutton pulav

oil whole garam masala ,cashews , mint and cilantro

Add rice and water( 1r:1.5w)

10. sweet potato valakai podimas

oil mustard red chii peanuts, channa and urad dal and curry leaves
onion green chili
Add coconut powder
Add veges
Add dhania ( NO turmeric and red chili powder)
cilantro and curry leaves

11. Tomato kuttu

Cooker ..Lots of tomato onion toor dal dhania , red chili and turmeric salt - cook
it good.
Add paste ( Coco , green chili , pepper and jeera and gg paste ) and BOIL to get
rid of raw smell of coco.

12.Mutton potato varuval

Cooker ....Mutton , potato, onion, tomatos, dhania, red chili powder , turmeric,
gg paste, salt , curry leaves and cilantro

Add contents from cooker with tamarind juice and fry to dry

13. Lima beans , brinjal drum stick chops

Onion Green chilli GG Tomatos ( Since its thokku onion and tomatoes should be like
paste
Add Veges
Add Dhania, red chilli and turmeric
Add a little water and cook

Once cooked add paste ( coco,green chili and fennel ) and boil to remove raw smell

Add little tamarind paste , crushed black pepper/ jeera powder ( ?? )and cilantro

14. Chicken spinach thokku

Boil spinach with sugar(to retain its color) and keep aside

oil whole garam masala, fennel, bay leaves

onion gg paste tomato and green chili

add chicken fry a bit until color changes

dhania, red chili powder and turmeric

add very little water and cook

Add boiled palak

Add pepper, jeera powder and cilantro and curry leaves
