    A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE COLLECTION OF ONE HUNDRED (P140.00) PESOS PER
    COORDINATOR TO INITIALLY DEFRAY THE GROUPS EXPENSES, AND TO AUTHORIZE
    THE PRINTING OF AND POSTING OF TAURPAULIN IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO
    THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (P2,180.00) PESOS.

    WHEREAS, the Hugpong Federal Movement of the Philippines wants to put up a Tarpaulin to show their
    advocacy efforts to be placed in a strategic place in Barangay Poblacion;

    WHEREAS, in order to defray the cost of putting up the tarpaulin and for other initial expenses, it is necessary
    for every coordinator to pay the amount of One Hundred Forty (P140.00) Pesos;

    WHEREAS, the putting up of a tarpaulin will cost the group the amount of Two Thousand One Hundred Eighty
    (P2,180.00) Pesos, Tarpaulin at P630.00, Plywood at P350.00 and Labor at P1,200.00;

    NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE COORDINATORS OF HUGPONG FEDERAL MOVEMENT OF THE


    PHILIPPINE, MARIHATAG CHAPTER:

    RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, TO AUTHORIZE THE COLLECTION OF ONE HUNDRED


    (P140.00) PESOS PER COORDINATOR TO INITIALLY DEFRAY THE GROUPS
    EXPENSES, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE PRINTING OF AND POSTING OF TAURPAULIN IN
    THE AMOUNT OF TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (P2,180.00) PESOS;

    ADOPTED UNANIMOUSLY this 7th day of JUNE, 2017, at BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF
    MARIHATAG, SURIGAO DEL SUR.
