Tarrif Details

We the students (future HR Professionals) are looking forward for this great event.

Since, this is a program which is organized and coordinated by the students, every year we have
sponsors who support the students with sponsorships which help in the success of the entire
event.

We propose to release a souvenir on this occasion, which will be distributed to all the
participants and institutions in our network. Hence, we seek your sponsorships for the souvenir.
The souvenir will serve as a perfect marketing tool to reach innumerable organizations through
their delegates.

The tariff for the proposed Souvenir is given below:

Beside the above-proposed tariff, we have an exclusive special slot for our ‘Title, Panel and
Banner Sponsors’. Following is the tariff quoted for them is:

Sponsorship Details:
Platinum Sponsor – Rs. 1, 50,000/-
Panel Sponsor – Rs. 50,000/-
Banner Sponsor – Rs. 20,000/-
Exclusive Stall space – Rs. 50,000/-

Platinum Sponsorship

Platinum sponsors at the conference will be entitled to the following benefits:

1. Branding

 Company logo on the main backdrop of the conference


 Company logo at prominent places at the conference venue
 Company logo in all the conference advertisements in national business newspapers, if
any.
 Company logo in all e-mailers for the conference

2. Complimentary Delegates

 Four (4) complimentary delegates for the conference


 Discounted (10% on fee) registration for upto 10 customers/partners

3. Other Deliverables

 Company Brochure in the delegate kit.

Panel Sponsorship

Panel sponsors at the conference will be entitled to the following benefits:

1. Branding

 Company logo on the side wings of the main backdrop of the conference
 Company logo at other prominent places at the conference venue
 Company name would be placed in front of the panel during discussion
2. Complimentary Delegates

 Three (3) complimentary delegates for the conference

Banner Sponsorship

1. Branding

 Company logo at other prominent places at the conference venue.

 One complimentary delegate for the conference
