    Accused, ________________, through counsel, before this Honorable


    Court most respectfully avers, that:

    1. The accused was charged for allegedly violating Section 5 of RA


    9165.

    2. The said charge is a non-bailable offense. A reading of the


    complaint-affidavit of the police officers and their documentary
    evidence showed that there evidence of guilt against the accused is
    not strong.

    3. The accused is asking that this case be calendared at least twice a


    month so that corresponding bail hearings may be conducted.

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, the undersigned accused


    implores the aid and compassion of this Honorable Court that the accused be
    allowed to post bail in this case.

    Other relief and remedies just and reasonable based of the foregoing
    premises are likewise prayed for.
