    2 HSE RISK ASSESSMENT


    1 Purpose

    To assess the risk of the activities to be executed, rate the risk levels as per
    the risk assessment matrix, and identify the control measures so as to bring
    the risk level to as low as Reasonably Practicable.

    Activities to be considered

    HSE Risk Assessment shall be done for

    -Routine and Non routine Activities


    -Activities of all personnel having access to the workplace (including
    contractors and visitors)

    -Facilities at the workplace

    The HSE Risk assessment is conducted by a team of persons who have the
    thorough knowledge of the work to be assessed. Team members shall include
    PM, HSE, SITE ENG, sub-contractors and workmen.
