department or Cognizant Technology Solutions as and when the same is called for. I
also understand that the tax benefit provided to me will be cancelled if at any time
the details submitted by me are found to be incorrect and that I will have to pay
back any additional liability/ cost that may arise to Cognizant Technology Solutions
due to the cancellation of tax benefits.
