WTC Noida

It is a 21 Acre project. The land-use is IT/ITES, Commercial, Residential and

Institutional. The project is divided into three phases, out of which phase 01 has been
handed over to facility managers. I took care of in house design team, and fulfilled
the requirements of drawings at site. I got the GFC drawings prepared according to
the requirement at site & design team, so that it is executed as per intent and detail.

WTC Gift City

This project is located in Gift City, Ahmedabad, The site is of 9 acres with BUA of
10.41 Lac sqft. The Land use is commercial 80% and residential 20%. Being the
Head of In-house design team, I provided GFC drawings at site as per requirement of
site and execution team.

 WTC Chandigarh

This project is located in Greater Mohali, Punjab. I was involved in design &
execution of barricading, site office and branding tripole.

I also, designed & exected interior of 1400 Sqft of sales office for WTC Chandigarh
at Sector-17, Chandigarh.

Project brief
Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (IIITM), Gwalior, a
Deemed University, is an apex IT and Management Institute, established by the
Government of India. IIITM strives to become a brand name as a world-class institution,
to contribute towards research and teaching, and produce technology and business
leaders. The Institute awards degree at Masters and Doctorate levels.
The Institute is built on a 160 acre campus on the foothills of Gwalior Fort has
Institutional buildings, hostel facilities for students, residential facilities for staff, all
completely wired with latest technology.
Construction of First phase started in December 2000 which involves the following

rooms and Kota stone flooring with marble strips in common areas.
External finishing is of White sand stone and Red sand stone.
Boys Hostel 3 block of boys hostel Accommodation for 300
students, covered area 8500 qsm. approx each.
Girls Hostel - Accommodation for 250 students, covered area 4500
qsm. approx. For 120 student in first phase.

Both hostels are designed as four storied structures complete with

kitchen, Dining and recreational areas.

Internal finishing include Mosaic flooring flooring for rooms and

Kota stone flooring with marble strips in common areas. External
finishing is of Grit wash with White sand stone chips and White sand
stone band.

Academic
Administration Two storied with covered area of 4500 sqm. All
academic buildings are finished with combination of white & red sand
stone.Apart from the buildings, the present phase include all services
including two Utility buildings, Under ground tank, and Septic
tanks.As an Architect of this project, my work involves total
involvement from design, working drawings and Co-ordination with
consultants.
Second phase of the project involving Faculty housing and
Guesthouse is in the tender stage.

Rehabilitation for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC),

Panchkuian Road, Delhi (Line III)

Still in preliminary design phase, the design involves rehabilitation for shops and
residential structures adjoining Panchkuian road, property development and traffic
integration for the above said client.
