Currently a first-year student at the New England Culinary Institute seeking a 6-month, 700-hour internship
starting on July 6, 2017 to expand my knowledge of the culinary world and gain more practical experience. I
realize that as a first-year student who is new to the field there is much more for me to learn but I bring with me an
eagerness to learn and an understanding of the basic components of the culinary arts.
