Subreport and List sample

A sub-report is a report inside another report. The subreport element is placed in the
master report and it works like a placeholder for the child report. It defines how to locate
the subreport, the values for the parameters of the subreport and the datasource or
database connection that must be used to fill it.
In this sample the master report select from the database the countries, while a subreport
displays the first 10 orders of this country, a second report presents the list of the cities of
this country.
The List is used to simulate the second subreport, it uses a subdataset and does not
require any extra file.
