4) The ATM / Cheque Book and Pin Mailers of the employees should be delivered to
the employees communication address as mentioned on the individual employee
account opening form.
NOTE:
1. A list of our employees with their Employee Numbers is enclosed (this is
optional)
2. We have no objection in opening of joint accounts by our employees.
3. We will send monthly updates to the branch on additions and deletions to our list
of employees. (This can be given along with the data for salary credits)
4. The minimum quarterly average balance requirement as per offer would be
Rs.__________/-. Employees shall be individually responsible for maintaining this
balance otherwise would be charged as per the Banks rules and regulations.
5. Any change / addition / deletion of authorised signatory will be communicated to
the bank.
6. Only legitimate payments due to the current employees (e.g. salary,
reimbursements, etc) would be transacted through the salary accounts.
