Ethics determine these approaches. Ethics are those principles, values & believes, which
determine that what is right or wrong behaviour. The approach can be for customer, for
shareholder, government, society or any other.
Ethics are nothing but degree of faith that one bestows upon oneself. We can say that it
is a practice to take a wise, right & responsible decision. Ethics at any industry determines the
decision making process & the responsibility of the organization.
