COMPLETION OF AMFI EXAMINATION

I am writing to inform you that I had successfully completed the NISM exam on
02.09.2016 and subsequently registered with AMFI. I enclose herewith the Certificate /
Memorandum of NISM examination along with a copy of AMFI registration. So I request you
to please sanction an Honorarium of Rs.5000 and also reimburse a fee of Rs.3000 incurred in
the process.

AMFI Registration Fee : Rs. 1500 (DD)
Total : Rs. 8000/-
For your ready reference I have attached a copy of the mail from L&D according
