1.0 PURPOSE:
To keep the cap sealing machine clean & operate properly.

2.0 SCOPE:

This SOP is applicable for production department & implementation during operation of cap
sealing machine.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:

3.1 Execution: Operator

3.2 Checking: Production Manager

4.0 DEFINITIONS:

5. PRECAUTIONS:

N/A

6. PROCEDURE:
Operation
6.1 Make sure the machine is clean.
6.2 Place the bottle under the sealer & press ON button.
6.3 Adjust the sealing if necessary.
6.4 After completion of the sealing press OFF button to stop machine.

Cleaning
6.5 OFF all switches & dismantle parts.
6.6 Clean the machine with hot detergent powder solution.
6.7. Expel out the powder from machine parts by using nylon brush.
6.8 Wipe the machine with clean & dry cloth until cleaning.
