2.4 One-Way ANOVA Hypothesis

There is no significant relationship between years of working and job satisfaction, as shown by a one-way ANOVA test. The null hypothesis that there is no relationship cannot be rejected, since the p-value of 0.475 is greater than 0.001. The one-way ANOVA table shows an F-value of 0.840 and degrees of freedom of 3 and 103, supporting the conclusion that years of working does not impact job satisfaction levels.

HYPOTHESIS
H0: There is a no significant relationship between years of working and job satisfaction.
H1: There is a significant relationship between years of working and job satisfaction.

Table No. 2.4.1 One Way ANOVA

Sum of df Mean Square F Sig.

Squares
Between Groups 4.996 3 1.665 .840 .475
Within Groups 204.200 103 1.983
Total 209.196 106

P= 0.475
F= 0.840
Based on the results, the relationship between years of working and job satisfaction in
positive value. Found degree of freedom is 3 and P value > 0.001 so we accept null
hypothesis and reject alternative hypothesis.

Null Hypothesis is accepted and it shows there is a no significant relationship between

years of working and job satisfaction.
