Course Objectives:
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with theories and practices of Strategy to make them aware of the important Strategic functions and
practices.
To Comprehend fundamental concepts of Business and to make them aware of policies and procedures framed in the Organization
To integrate the acquired knowledge in formulation and implementation of strategies for better decision-making in corporate legal environment

Pre-requisites: NIL

Pedagogy for Course Delivery:

The faculty will familiarize the students with theories and practices of strategic management through a combined approach of classroom teaching and
case study method. At least, two case studies should be practiced after every module. There should be on the spot presentation by students in teams to
enhance group activity. Guest Lectures by industry experts can site their own examples will make the topic easy for the students.Case study discussion
and group presentations especially for Module III.
