    Increase profile parameter rdisp/max_wprun_time

    The parameter can be switched dynamically without restart and is valid until the next system
    restart or until it is changed again in /nrz11

    2. /nse38, create report Z_BW_NOTE_ANALYZER

    a. Add the code of the attached file Z_BW_NOTE_ANALYZER.txt and activate the report
    3. Copy the attached XML-files in a desktop folder e.g. XX_NOTE_ANALYZER

    4. Excecute the Report Z_BW_NOTE_ANALYZER

    press button Load XML file


    Choose the desktop folder where the XML-files have been stored
    The following example shows the implementation on a SP08 bases BW 740.

    press button Open


    choose Download needed SAP Notes in background
    execute the report

    5. In /nsm37 the job status can be seen


    wait until the job is finished

    6. Restart report Z_BW_NOTE_ANALYZER


    /nse38, Z_BW_NOTE_ANALYZER, execute
    press button Load XML file and choose the xml file of interest
    execute the report with these settings

    7. In the output youll see some system information

    prerequisite notes and their implementation status

    necessary notes, their implementation order and also UDO reports that have to be executed
    one or several times.
    An UDO report that has to be executed one time shows up as e.g. RS_UDO_NOTE_2034340.
    An UDO report that has to be executed more than one time shows up as e.g.
    RS_UDO_NOTE_2061288 [1]
    RS_UDO_NOTE_2061288 [2]

    8. Implementation of the notes the column of interest is the Action column

    Within this column there is exactly one icon that can be pressed
    Either transaction snote is started to implement the note or transaction se38 to execute the
    UDO report

    9. Short impression of the process


    Press on the icon

    snote or the note assistant is started, implement the note

    go back (F3)

    now note 2061955 got a green traffic light, the action item disappeared here and shows up in
    the next line for the next note to be implemented

    from this point the prodedure can be repeated. (in rare cases manual steps have to be
    done and confirmed)

    In case that an UDO report has to be executed it looks like


    click on the question mark icon, se38 is started for this UDO report, execute it in update
    mode
    The protocol should never show up red traffic lights except an UDO report has to be
    executed more than one time (e.g. RS_UDO_NOTE_2061288 [1], RS_UDO_NOTE_2061288
    [2]). Then the protocol of the first execution may show also red traffic lights, but the last
    execution may not contain them anymore).

    The list looks like:

    Of interest is the icon in column More. If you click on it the application log of the
    executed UDO report is shown.
    10. In case you experience syntax-error or a short-dump you should contact SAP.
