The document discusses the design of an outrigger system for a suspended platform. It considers the loads from the platform itself, workers, and dynamic factors. It then designs the outrigger frames and checks the existing structure can support the added loads.

The loading conditions considered include the weight of the platform and accessories, weight of workers on the platform, and a dynamic load factor. The total load is distributed between the suspension wires.

The outrigger frames are designed as rigid frames using RHS sections. Their capacities are checked against the calculated compressive and bending loads. The suspension wires are also checked against the calculated tensile loads.
