In line with our record management policy, we would like to sort and
distribute the 201 files of our former employees and alumni. Since we are
in the process of retrieving data for our Grand Alumni Homecoming we
need a bigger area to accomplish the said task. In line with this, we are
formally requesting you to allow us to use the room beside the HEMB at
ST-I Old (former ISO Office) on Friday, May 5, 2017.
