This document outlines the modules for an MCA 201 Probability and Statistics course. [MODULE 1] covers basic statistics concepts like measures of central tendency, measures of dispersion, moments, skewness, kurtosis, linear correlation, and regression. [MODULE 2] covers probability theory including sample spaces, events, theorems, independent events, conditional probability, and Bayes' theorem. [MODULE 3] discusses random variables, distributions, expectations, and specific probability distributions. [MODULE 4] is about sampling theory and methods of estimation. [MODULE 5] covers hypothesis testing concerning means, variances, t tests, chi-square tests, and F tests. The course references several probability and statistics textbooks.
