The key takeaways from the lesson plan were that the students learned the sound and formation of the letter H through various engaging activities using mirrors, flashcards, and other materials.

The teacher felt they successfully taught the students the sound of the letter H and the students were able to pronounce it correctly. The use of mirrors for students to see and make the sound engaged them in learning.

The teacher felt time management of the lesson required more attention as some activities took longer than planned, especially the mirror activity. They also had difficulty with a student who had special needs.

understands and pronunciation the letters on a correct way.

Recommendations / Future personal targets / Areas of focus

I will try to focus at the transition strategies.

I would like to achieve my personal targets in each lesson taught on it.
Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other
teachers about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style
etc.

The aspect that has been done well, the students achieve the learning objective
of the lesson which is letter H, and they pronunciation the sound of this letter in the
correct way. I feel proud of what I do because the students understand the lesson
and its a first letter that I teach them and they pronounced the sound of the letter
in a correct way. Also, the thing that helps me to do what I planned is the interaction
of the students with me, because there was excited to do the activities of letter H.
The strategy that I used, it for the letters lesson is different not just a flashcard of
the words and it let the students blend the words. In this lesson, I chose different
materials of letter H. For example, I make for the opening of the letter H lesson
which is given each student a mirror to let the students make a sound of letter H in
the mirror and then let the students write letter H in the mirror, and that help the
students to remember the sound of the letter and how to write it, because they think
its a game but they learn at the same time.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires

attention. Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action
you intend to take to be more successful in the next lesson.

The aspect that requires attention, is to managing the time of the lesson
because it took a long of time especially when some of the students want to
complete the mirror activity and it took a time to let the students be quiet. Also, the
thing that let me feel nervous when the boy with special need start crying because
he wants to play with the mirror and he doesn't want to do other activities then my
MST intervened to control the situation and to complete the lesson.

The personal focus for next lesson, put rules and let this rules to be a routine of
the students to help me while I explaining the lesson, and the students will
understand my rules to manage the misbehavior.
