Open House
for SU Alumni &
Families
You're in luck! SU and the
YMCA have partnered together to offer a unique opportunity
for SU Alumni and their families to enjoy all the YMCA has to
offer at an Open House on March 17 from
Zumba, yoga and cycling classes or fun-filled activities for
children. Light refreshments and beverages provided. For

Camps at the Y all share one thing:


they're about discovery. Kids have
the opportunity to explore nature,
find new talents, try new activities,
gain independence, and make
lasting friendships through the many
activities that the Y provides.
Register in person or online for preschool camp,traditional
camp, specialty camp and camp outbacktoday!

Interested in an outdoor adventure for your camper? Check


out YMCA Camp Outback at the Lower Shore Family YMCA.
Transportation is offered from Salisbury. Spots will fill up
quickly!

7:30 pm Beginner 1 Cha Cha

Salsa Workshops
3/11 and 3/25
12:30 - 2:30 pm
$30 per person /per workshop

These workshops will be great for all levels of social salsa


dancers and will leave you feeling more confident in your
salsa dancing! Taught by Dancing on the Shores, Jean Pierre,
with over 20 years salsa experience.Register at the Y

YMCA's Diabetes
Prevention
Program
Change is tough- we can
help! If you're at risk for
type 2 diabetes, you can
make small, measurable
changes that can reduce
your risk and help you
live a happier, healthier
life. This program
features 25 classes led over the course of one year and
connects participants with a group that offers motivation and
support.

Join us on 3/6/17, 5:30 pm at the Easton YMCA for an


informational session for those wanting to learn more about
the program, what it involves and how to qualify.
The YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program uses a CDC-
approved curriculum and is part of the CDC-led National
YMCA of the Chesapeake, 111-1 E. Dover Street, Easton, MD 21601
