Read the questions below and choose one to answer

1. Some people view creative arts education as a luxury and do not help
with the building blocks of child development. In your opinion, what are
the benefits for children who are engaged in creative arts in school?

Creative arts help children make choices and are independent because
for example in drawing the child needs to make a decision in what
color would he like to use, how would he draw this thing. It also
encourages their imagination. Children can express what they think of,
and they use their imagination in creating something visual they can
see. Children also find it as an opportunity to express their ideas and
feelings. Different kinds of arts help the child also develop their fine
motor skills like drawing, gross motor skills like dancing and
movement, social and emotional is role play and language in singing
and role play.
