Rapid Reasoning Tests Nets of cubes

Many people find the nets of cubes questions the most difficult to answer as it can
be hard to visualise what both the net and the finished cube may look like.

There are three main points to remember.

1. Opposites: alternate faces on a net will always appear opposite each other on a
cube and vice versa.

2. Edges: think carefully about the edges of a net that will touch when it is folded
into a cube.

3. Rotated faces: when nets are folded, the images on a face may appear to rotate
as they are folded upwards or sideways.
The blue arrow faces down then it faces forwards then it faces up.
