1. Letter of Offer
This offer is valid only for the semester stated. The offer is made, subject to you complying with the minimum
entry requirements for the course to which you are seeking admission and meeting all conditions as stated on the
offer. The University reserves the right to withdraw this offer without any prior notice in the event of non-
compliance therein and/or for any reason(s) at the Universitys complete discretion.
2. Fees
Tuition fees are fixed throughout the duration of your studies for the offered program. Your course fee is
calculated on the basis of the cost of individual units. The cost of individual units varies according to the
discipline. Tuition fees are subject to change if you are changing your course.
3. Student Pass
If you are a non-Sarawakian (Sabahan, Labuan, and West Malaysian) student, you are required to have a valid
Student Pass while studying at Curtin University Sarawak. You must also own a passport (blue color) with
validity of more than one year.
Non-Sarawakian student MUST apply for the Student Pass by completing a Student Pass Application Form at
the Student Services Office during Orientation Week.
4. Withdrawal
If you decide to discontinue your studies at Curtin University Sarawak you will need to lodge the Online
Withdrawal from University Application or Manual Withdrawal from Course form which can be downloaded
from the University website (http://www.curtin.edu.my/current/forms.htm) and submit it to Student Services
Department.
5. Refund Policy
Upon withdrawal from a course, partial refunds of course fees will be made according to the following
guidelines.

You must register in person at Curtin University Sarawak on the date specified in the Letter of Offer. It is
compulsory for all new students to attend the Orientation Week.

8. Student Charter
The Student Charter sets out the expectations and responsibilities of students and has been developed in
partnership between the University and the Student Guild.
This checklist contains list of documents which you are required to bring along on registration day.
Please ensure that you also bring the original documents/certificates as stated above to confirm your enrolment.
If your documents have been certified, please ensure that the documents are certified only by school Principals,
Academic Registrar, Commissioner of Oaths, current or previous university officers and Curtin Sarawak agents.
Note: Curtin Sarawak does not accept photocopies of certified documents. Original documents are required for
sighting by our Admissions Officers at the registration counter.
