PROFILE:
I am a conscientious, thoughtful and dedicated science teacher, thoroughly committed to the

overall welfare and academic performance of my students. I am also a skilled planner with a
respectful and positive teacher presence in the classroom. My ultimate goal is to create a safe,

Research Technician I, Oncology Department: Cell based screening for novel small
molecule drugs including proliferation and viability/cytotoxicity assays, Protein
biochemistry/signal transduction assays, In vivo pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic
studies in tumor xenograft models and the cell preparation involved for the xenograft implants.
May 2004 - Aug 2004 PACIFIC AGRI-FOOD RESEARCH CENTRE Agassiz, B.C.
Research Technician: Generated and published a biopesticide database that is currently used
as the major reference for biopesticides in Canada.
Participated in fieldwork where I collected wireworm species in both the Vancouver area as
well as Oregon, USA.
Performed laboratory research on collected wireworms with Metharizium anisopliae fungal
biopesticide and data analysis.
