response. Students were required to apply a critical approach to explain the events of the Scottsboro
Trials.

Planned and implemented the Ridgely Middle School Educators Rising field trip to Towson
University; coordinated a tour of the campus, panel discussion and interaction with a college
class for Ridgely students.

Teacher Assistant Volunteer: July 2011


Assisted Montgomery County Public Schools elementary school teachers in learning new
technology as part of the Kurzwiel Program (special education). Converted online history
textbook pages into audio and proofed the results.
