Alternative ink for stamp pad aims to create an alternative ink that is used for stamp pad, which is the primary
aim, and to be resourceful by using avocado seeds which are really disposable because they are not edible.
Using the complete randomized research design in order to find the result of their investigation. They
conducted an experiment where they extracted the seeds of Persea Americana yielding the results proving that
Persea Americana seed extract can be used as ink for stamp pad.
In gathering data, the researchers surveyed ten persons to test the product. All those ten persons rated the
product ranging from 1 to 5 where 5 is the highest possible rate. The researchers used Anova as their statistical
tool. The researchers found it convenient in the end. They found out that potentially, seeds from the avocado could
be a great substitute for the commercial inks produced in the market. The extract in the seeds could very well be
Persea Americana (avocado) is cultivated in tropical and Mediterranean climates throughout the world.
Avocados have a green skinned, fleshy body that may be pear-shaped, egg-shaped, or spherical and ripens after
harvesting. The seed of the avocados is rich in nutrition and it has a long history of medicine use in traditional
culture. The seed of the avocado contains a concentrate of 13.6% tannin. Tannin, also called Tannic acid, any group
of pale-yellow to light brown amorphus substances in form of powder, flakes or a spongy mass, widely distributed
in plants and used chiefly in tanning leather, dyeing fabric, making ink and in various medical Ink is widely used
around the world. Ink provides much of the color on paper in the modern world and has many uses in different
culture around the globe. It is explained that inks consist of dyes or pigments suspended in liquids, such as water,
oils or alcohols. Although many inks are relatively easy to make, developing the correct formulation for the
The reason behind pursuing this study is that not all people plant avocado seed after eating the edible parts of
it. People just throw them. Instead of throwing, the researchers conduct the study that avocado seeds may be used

The main purpose of this study is to utilize the avocado seed extract as an alternative ink for stamp pad.
1. Is there a significant difference on the amount of avocado seed extract used with the consistency of the stamp
2. Is there a significant difference on the amount of avocado seed extract with the time in drying and odor when the
The result of the experiment shows that the avocado seed extract can be utilized as an alternative ink for
stamp pad. It shows the difference of factor for each setup. It proved that the consistency, time in drying and odor
improves every seed is added.
Based on the results of the experiments and the results of the survey, we now conclude that the setup 3,
which has the 9 seeds, has the best results among the three setups. It shows the difference of factor for each setup.
It proved that the consistency, time in drying and odor improves every seed is added.
Based on the findings of this study regarding the utilization of the avocado seed extract as an alternative ink
for stamp pad, the researchers found out that the product is effective as per results shown. But still, the researchers
need to address these recommendations in order to improve this study in the future.
In our setup, we made setups according to the number of seeds, now, the researchers recommend that future
researchers should not do that. They must weigh each avocado seed for different setups. The results of the setup we
made have very different measures. Like the ratio is 3:6:9 but the amount of extract is not in ratio.
Next, make the product as thicker paste as possible. Based on our product, having vivid ink makes it more
effective when used in paper. The paper absorbs more color if it is dense and the shows darker color.
