Application Details

Dosage 0.3 - 0.5% by weight of cement. It is advisable to

Dispensing Chemplastocrete - 110 should be dispensed into the
mixing water, prior to its addition to the aggregates.

Concrete Placing The standard rules of good concreting practice
(production as well as placing) must also be
observed when using Chemplastocrete - 110
concrete.

Curing Fresh concrete must be cured properly, especially at
high temperatures in order to prevent plastic and
drying shrinkage.

Compatibility Chemplastocrete - 110 can be combined with other
ICPL admixtures. It is also compatible with OPC,
sulfate resistant cement and additives like slag,
Silica Fume, Fly Ash.

Precautions Accidental splashes to the skin must be washed off
with water and soap. Accidental splashes to the eyes
must be rinsed with clean warm water.
