Payment Term and Condition

Payment is due upon receipt. If payment is not received by the due date, any purchased packages will be forfeited. Packages can be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the reserved date, and for a 30% refund up to 3 days before. Payment Term And Condition

Payment
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received until payment due time or
payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any package purchased. If no
payment is received, then there are no packages, services nor date will be booked

Expiration
A package may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Any ignorance of payment
until due date considered as cancellation. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is
responsible for payment.

Cancellation By Buyer/Refund
Packages can be cancelled by Buyer before reserved date. There is no requirement of excuses
from buyer to describe.
Cancellation 7-days before reserved date, refund will be 100%.
Cancellation 3-days before reserved date, refund will be 70%.
Cancellation 2-days before reserved date, there will be no refund.

Cancellation By Vendor/Return Policy


Packages are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint or cancellation. If a
package is cancelled by vendor during reserved date, a replacement package will be sent free
of charge. If a package is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the package
may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the package
before requesting a refund. If the package matches the description by the vendor and the buyer
is unsatisfied, vendor is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case
basis.

Complaints
Any complaints about packages, services or vendors may be sent to our support team:
[email protected] or (+62) 21-381-0413. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will
be looked at individually, and the vendor will be in contact as well.

Legalities
Tripdixi is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has used the
packages. If any harm is incurred from the packages ordered by the buyer, Tipdixi and/or vendor
shares no responsibility.

These terms and conditions are subject to change.


By continue payment means buyer have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
Syarat dan Ketentuan Pembayaran

Pembayaran
Semua pembayaran akan jatuh tempo berdasarkan Tanda Terima. Jika pembayaran tidak
diterima sampai waktu pembayaran atau metode pembayaran ditolak maka pembeli kehilangan
kepemilikan paket yang dibeli. Jika tidak ada pembayaran yang diterima, maka tidak ada paket,
layanan atau tanggal yang akan dipesan

Kadaluarsa
Paket dapat dibatalkan sampai dengan pembayaran dilakukan. Bilamana tidak dilakukan
pembayaran sampai tanggal jatuh tempo maka dianggap sebagai pembatalan. Setelah
pembayaran diproses, pembeli bertanggung jawab atas pembayaran.

Pembatalan Oleh Pembeli / Pengembalian Dana


Paket dapat dibatalkan oleh Pembeli sebelum tanggal yang dipesan. Tidak ada persyaratan
alasan dari pembeli untuk penjelasannya..
Pembatalan 7 hari sebelum tanggal pemesanan, pengembalian akan 100%.
Pembatalan 3 hari sebelum tanggal pemesanan, pengembalian dana akan 70%.
Pembatalan 2 hari sebelum tanggal yang dipesan maka tidak akan ada pengembalian uang.

Pembatalan Oleh Vendor / Kebijakan Pengembalian


Paket berhak untuk dikembalikan berdasarkan keluhan atau pembatalan. Jika paket dibatalkan
oleh vendor selama tanggal yang dipesan, paket pengganti akan dikirim secara gratis. Jika
sebuah paket tidak memuaskan, penjelasan tertulis diperlukan sebelum paket tersebut dapat
dipertimbangkan untuk pengembalian dana. Pembeli harus mempertimbangkan deskripsi paket
sebelum meminta pengembalian dana. Jika paket sesuai dengan deskripsi oleh vendor dan
pembeli tidak puas, vendor tidak bertanggung jawab atas pengembalian dana. Pertukaran
diberikan berdasarkan kasus per kasus.

Keluhan
Keluhan tentang paket, layanan atau vendor dapat dikirim kepada kami: [email protected] atau
(+62) 21-381-0413. Tidak ada jaminan resolusi. Setiap kasus akan dilihat secara terpisah, dan
vendor juga akan dihubungi.

Legalitas
Tripdixi tidak bertanggung jawab atas masalah kesehatan atau keamanan ketika pembeli
menggunakan paketnya. Jika ada kerugian yang terjadi dari paket yang dipesan oleh pembeli,
Tipdixi dan / atau vendor tidak bertanggung jawab.

Syarat dan ketentuan ini dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu.


Dengan melanjutkan pembayaran maka pembeli dianggap telah membaca dan menyetujui
persyaratan dan ketentuan.
