I am agreeable to let out my house no 1-11-200/A/401, Flat No.401, at Ganga Kaveri


Apartment, Shamlal buildings, Begumpet, Hyderabad 500016, having an area of 1600
sq.ft to your Bank for a period of 3 years with an option to vacate the same by giving 2
months notice on either side with effect from 01.09.2014

The rent payable will be as under

1. Rent of the Apartment Rs.17,200/- per month.

2. Maintenance charges of the Apartment- Rs.800/- per month.

(the maintenance charges may be paid directly to the apartment maintenance ).

Three months interest fee advance rent has to be paid.
