Fluency Mini Lesson

This lesson plan aims to improve 5th grade students' reading fluency through a partner board game activity. Students will take turns rolling dice and reading passages aloud with different expressions based on where their game piece lands. The teacher will check that students are actively participating and later post a video of themselves reading fluently to Seesaw. Students who finish early can play again or switch partners. The goal is for students to practice reading fluency skills while having fun competing in a game.
