2. Payment Terms: Our Standard payment term is 40% Advance & Balance 60% against
commissioning.

3. Taxes & Duties: 14% Tax

4. Delivery : Within 30 days from the date of receipt of your Technically &
Commercial acceptable purchase order.

5. Test Certificate: We shall provide you Test certificate at the time of delivery of the
Material.

6. Dispatch: Material will be dispatched by RPP or through your notified Transporter or


Personally.

7. Validity: This offer is valid up to 90 days.

8. Guarantee : The material is Guaranteed for satisfactory operation / performance for a


period of 1 Year for Instrument and 6 Months for Accessories and 12 month upgrade
path guarantee from the date of Commissioning against manufacturing defects / Poor
workmanship
