1. Login Page

1.1 When we copy past the URL of any web page directly in the browser, then it is
bypassing the login page rather than redirecting to it.
1.2 Login page accepting any password / Invalid login credentials.
1.3 Getting below pop up on some of the web pages

Highlight the mandatory field in Red for better user experience in all the pages.
Pages redirect sequence (after submit / cancel / Back / enter) need to be revisited.

2. Member_reg2.php

2.1 Need an option for deleting a member.


2.2 Add Member --
2.2.1 Respected field should be auto filled in real time with full name (first name +
middle name + last name) while filling the form or it can be non-editable and
filled after form submission.
2.2.2 As membership no is auto increment please make it non editable
2.2.3 Date default current date

2.3 Donation General donation


2.3.1 Member record is automatically created in background on accepting general
donation from nonmember This is not as expected.
2.3.2 Also Member master record is created on accepting general donation from
existing member. member Omkar Bamane is created twice.
2.3.3 Need an option to delete a general donation.

2.3.4 Instead of dropdown list for


member selection we want a search text area same as of in donation to
scholarship form

2.4 Edit General donation

2.4.1 In Edit general donation date is getting reset.

2.4.2 Unable to update amount & amount in words.

2.4.3 Disable in edit general donation form.


2.5 Donation donation to scholarship fund

2.5.1 Member search option is working fine initially


when all the field of the form are empty but if we select a member & then try to
search another member using search box its giving record not found

2.5.2 Date popup is not working.


2.5.3 Donation type field is not there Donation type is a drop down list with 2 options
1. Refundable donation 2. Prize & scholarship this will help us differentiate during
allotment. (already mention is attached excel file shared earlier).
2.5.4 Donation for dropdown list should have all options mentioned in already shared
excel file.

2.6 Edit Donation Add to existing

2.6.1 Changes mentioned in excel sheet shared earlier are not incorporated as
expected.
