To apply for a bachelor's or master's degree program at Ruhr-Universität Bochum, applicants must complete the online application on the university's website by choosing their fields of study and providing required information. Applicants will then receive a confirmation email with an application number. They must print this out and send it along with any required documents and certificates to the Admission Office by the application period deadline of July 15th for winter semester or January 15th for summer semester.

For all degree programmes (Bachelor and Master)


you have to apply online!

www.international.rub.de/bewerbung/index.html.en

Please fill in the required information at the online application


and choose the fields of studies.

After having completed the online application


you will recieve a confirmation email and a document
with your application number.

Please print out this paper and send it - together with the stated
testimonies and required language certificates until the end of the
application period to the Admission Office (Zulassungsstelle).

Please note the application periods:

for winter semester: Beginning of June - 15. July


for summer semester: Beginning of December - 15. January
