    DULY FILLEDIN APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE HANDED OVER IN THE RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTAL OFFICES WITH
    NECESSARY FEE CHALLAN.

    APPLIATIONS SHOULD ENCLOSE THE XEROX COPIES OF LATEST MARKS MEMO CONTAING FAILED SUBJECTS INCASE
    OF SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS

    STUDENTS APPEARING THE ABOVE SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS AND 2016 ADMITTED BATCH LATERAL ENTRY
    STUDENTS (IV SEMESTER REGULAR) ARE DIRECTED TO PAY THE EXAMINATION FEE THROUGH CHALLAN OF STATE
    BANK OF MYSORE IN THE COLLEGE CAMPUS AND APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE HANDED OVER IN THE RESPECTIVE
    DEPARTMENTAL OFFICES WITH NECESSARY FEE CHALLAN

    THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT THE FILLED IN APPLIACATIONS ALONG WITH DETAILED
    STATEMENTS (REULATION WISE i.e. R-2013, R-2015) TO THE CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS (A) ON 23-03-2017
