The human energy field can become unbalanced, but you can readjust it to promote
wellness using healing crystals. Each of the seven Chakras has a set of crystals that
produce certain vibrations and help balance and heal. There are many crystals to help
each designated Chakra, this guide suggests a few crystals you could use for each Chakra.

CLEANSING + CHARGING:
To recharge your crystals, you can place them under the full moon, in the sun (for a
short period of time as some crystals can change colour), placing them on a clear
quartz cluster or visualising white light around the crystal. You can also cleanse your
crystals in running water, by placing them in the earth or smudging with sage.
