BULK NEFT/RTGS UPLOAD IN CSV FORMAT

Open MS Excel, Type details & save as .csv file format (instead of .xls or .xlsx):
Do not enter any , (comma) in any field.

1. The 1st row should contain File Header:

Column A FILEHDR
Column B CORPORATE_ID Maximum length 32 characters
Column C File_Sequence_Number Maximum length 6 characters, should be a number
Column D Encryption Required Maximum length 1 characters (Y or N)
Column E Remarks Maximum length 500 characters

2. The 2nd row onwards should contain the payment record details:

Column A Payment Type Maximum length 4 characters (NEFT or RTGS)


Column B Payee IFSC Code Maximum length 11 digits
Column C Debit Account Number Maximum length 24 digits
Column D Receiver IFSC Code Maximum length 12 characters
Column E Beneficiary Account Number Maximum length 24 digits
Column F Transaction Currency Maximum length 3 characters
Column G Transaction Amount Maximum length 14 digits
Column H Transaction Remarks Maximum length 140 characters
Column I Beneficiary Customer Name Maximum length 40 characters
Column J User Email Id Maximum length 80 characters
Column K User Mobile Number Maximum length 20 digits

4. File must have at least one record will only be processed.

5. Maximum file size for all the type of uploads is 2MB

6. After completing the file in MS Excel to save the file select Save As and select
CSV(MS-DOS)(*.csv) format.
