Place your name and exam number at the top of the file.

Multiple Choice Questions:

List the question number and letter answer only. If the answer is written out without the letter the
question will be marked wrong-even if it is the correct answer.

List the question number and the write out the appropriate answer.

Coding:

Write the out the complete .cpp program on the exam.

Save your file name as:


Exam1437XS17YY.doc (or .txt)

where X is the exam number and YY are your initials. Example: Exam1S17JC.dox

Note: If you are doing the extra credit problem, include the source code only along with the word/text
document (exam) and place both into a zipped folder with your last name.

Remember from the grading guidelines there is a 5-point deduction for not following exam directions.
