Gpta Resolution

RESOLUTION NO. 03 SERIES OF 2016

A RESOLUTION
RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE VICE GOVERNOR
DINDO A. PICARDAL TO ALLOCATE FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (50,000.00) AS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE CONCRETE PERIMETER FENCE OF TAYTAY
INTEGRATED SCHOOL (TIS), GUIUAN SOUTH DISTRICT, BRY. TAYTAY, GUIUAN,
EASTERN SAMAR.

WHEREAS, Taytay Integrated School is situated along the road and the absence of
strong good fence endangers pupils and students lives from accidents caused by fast moving
vehicles;

WHEREAS, the increased number of pupils and students which ballooned to almost nine
hundred (900) calls for a greater attention to ensure their safety and well-being that may be
difficult to realize with the absence of these concrete enclosing structure;

WHEREAS, the said project is not covered with the governments fund afforded to public
schools in the form of Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) hence, it is not only
best but necessary to seek pecuniary assistance from benevolent stakeholders to realize this end;

WHEREAS, the presence of a concrete perimeter fence will not only secure the school
but it could also complement its socializing value which will certainly exert influence upon the
community.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of the majority of all the officers of the School Parents-
Teachers Association and duly mass seconded;

BE IT RESOLVED, As it is Hereby Resolved, to Respectfully Request the Honorable


Vice Governor Dindo A. Picardal to allocate funds in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos
(50,000.00) as financial assistance for the construction of the concrete perimeter fence of
Taytay Integrated School, Guiuan South District, Brgy. Taytay, Guiuan, Eastern Samar.

ADOPTED AND APPROVED: November 12, 2016 at the Taytay Integrated School,
Brgy. Taytay, Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
