The document outlines health check procedures for a power plant, MSC, and HLR including:
1) Checking the rectifier system, air conditioner, and generator status for the power plant.
2) Monitoring CPU usage, system clocks, signaling links, routes, licenses, and alarms for the MSC.
3) Checking CPU usage, clocks, signaling links, system devices, redundancy, backups, and alarms for the HLR.
4) Monitoring CPU usage, clocks, signaling links, system devices, service bearers, performance tasks, and alarms for the MGW.

POWER PLANT AND ENVIRONMENT CHECKS
1) Check rectifier system for alarms, taking readings (42-57V).
2) Check air conditioner system working status / equipment room temperature (5 to 70 degrees Celsius) and humidity (5-95 rh%). 3) Check power plant status as well generator physical checks (fuel , operational state) .
