Parameter Request Form

Parameters in Unilab and Master Inspection Characteristics in SAP are managed


by Unilab application support at LC Wormerveer.

To request a new parameter, please fill in this form and send it to


[email protected] The request will be handled as soon as possible. The parameter and MIC
will be configured and the form returned to sender with the allocated
parameter number.
