Bracing Pipes (2 No's) With Wrong Primer Welded To ULGTP Jacket (ULGTP)

Two pipes were braced together with the wrong primer applied before welding to an underground gas transmission pipeline jacket. The coating on a compact flange needs to be checked in the bolt hole areas before installation. Burned areas were discovered in a room of an office building during an inspection.
